On the finished cabinets can you screen the warning text?

    Quoted from cosmokramer:

I wont be able to offer finished cabinets until about mid summer, but yes I will offer silkscreened warning and patents #s

    Im in.
I need 3 or 4 finished cabs for a few projects.

    Quoted from John_I:

The less MDF the better when you live in Florida.

This is probably very true, but I agree with Bryan the MDF looks a lot cleaner and easier to vacuum out.

    Quoted from cosmokramer:

Well I got quotes on flat pack shipping today...95 lbs box from So Cal to Texas runs $120...ouch...
that's from fed ex or UPS (usps wont touch anything over 70 lbs)
anybody got any tips for cheaper shipping... otherwise it just makes more sense to ship completed cabs on pallets for $125 with Fastenal

that wouldn't work as the cab needs to be glued and nailed/stapled together, thus ruining the decals

I think you have to separate the shipment into 3 parcels, otherwise its too heavy.
You can ship it as shelving.
Then you can get better prices, and regular shippers will handle it.

    Otherwise:

I shipped an engine block on a pallet UPS LTL freight for $95, took forever.
