Hello All

My recently acquired Party Zone has no sound - had no sound when I got it (cpu wasn’t booting so there was no was to verify it worked)

Popped in new cpu from donor - it’s alive !!

The game plays fine - 1 standard bong at start up but that is caused my the CPU board from what I have read online

I do hear a hissing noise from the BB Speakers and if I play a ball at the end of each ball
I hear a slight popping noise coming from
The speakers

When I turn the game off I also get that Normal noise from the speakers

I have clays guides and slowly digging in

Things I have done so far:
- checked all 3 speakers for prolly secured wiring
- checked the 2 fuses (both good)
- reseated all roms/socketed chip
- reseated ribbon cables / power board connectors

Any ideas or tests I may perform before I send the board out for repair ?

Any help is greatly appreciated

I’ll still continue to look at this as I’m sure it’s something rather simple I am over looking

It’s a A-12738 Sound Board and this PZ has PROTO Roms - if that is helpful
