I have a WPC Power Driver Board for Popeye that was working perfectly then turned off and will no longer boot. TP2 is missing 5v and registers .3v. I know the BR2 is good because I just swapped it out of a working machine and got the same result. However, BR2 is only registering 7.2v on the positive leg instead of 12v that it should. I’ve replaced C5 and LM323K too and that didn’t help either. Any ideas what could cause this? I’m new to WPC boards and there wasn’t much on Pinwiki I haven’t already tried. My guess is it’s something to do with only getting 7.2 volts to BR2 positive leg??? What would cause that?

Thanks in advance.
