ok I replaced the "Shoot again" light with a led. After turning the machine on i get the wonderful "Check Fuse 114 115" error message.
I shut the machine down and remove the led to see that the led was broken in its housing and shorting out.

So i have followed the Pinwiki site and made it this far...

TP3 has no voltage, LED1 is out after post, LED6 is "outish" has a light glow.
Fuses are ok
D2 tests fine, D1 has no voltage.

any recommendations for the next step?

Thanks Chris, fuses test fine, even replaced and have the same issue.

Yeah looks like tp8 is getting next to nothing. Guessing BR1 is about to be replaced. Thanks for the help guys!
