Indiana Jones: The Pinball Adventure

I am having these errors with an IJ:
Ground Short Row1
Ground Short Row4
Ground Short Row5
Err Single Drop Bad.
Game was working fine; only thing I did between was to use its MPU for a test on another game (swapping the rom and CPU) and put back everything as it was.
I've tripled checked everything, can't see no short 
CPU fried? MPU dead? Gimme some hope! 
Do you still get the errors when you boot the game with the switch matrix connectors unplugged from the mpu board? That would tell you if the issue is with the board or the connectors/playfield.
