    I had this same problem during my Fish Tales restore. I ended up getting a bracket from Marco:

    And then an actuator from Marco which I modified a little bit and added to the door:

    Can't say its the most absolute perfect solution because the actuator rubs the door a little bit but if you mess with it you should be able to get it to work and look great. I attached a picture so you can see how I set mine up.
