For parts only, unit was fully working, had someone who told me the could do the upgrade HV section, well they failed, badly, there are several new parts on the board, and if you know what your doing, I suppose you could repair it, but you would need to be REALLY good..

Nope, but I have done worse in the past myself, and the board was pretty dam black in the back as you can see, I told him to do his best with it. It was my only back up, so I will be on the hunt for another one for back up.
