Having an issue with the MPU board which was working fine. I had replaced my 2803 after a switch issue, when I reinstalled it, I must have damaged a trace which I also repaired. Thinking all was good, I reinstalled the board and no boot up...blanking led stays lit. Head scratching....put it on the bench...it boots...install in game - no boot up...started removing the ribbon cables and low and behold when I remove the dmd cable at J601 (dmd lux board not original), the board boots up?...I installed an older original dmd board, it boots now(when attached), but the dmd screen is all static junk...not the normal video on should see. I reinstalled the dmdlux board and while the game is running (booted up) it immediately goes into a reset with a blanking signal?...stumped...reflowed a lot of solder points I though might be suspect...to no avail....new ribbon cables and properly installed with red at #1 position. Thoughts...Game STTNG

    I've run into this myself.
I was pulling my hair out.
Make sure that the GND/5/12 four pin connectors at J116/117/118 are all connected and none of the wires have broken free.
