Agreed. Personally I don’t care for BW3s. There’s a sports bar, Putters, north of Cincinnati, OH that hands down makes the best wings I’ve ever had. We moved so I can’t go there anymore, but damn they were good.
I installed my monkey with my castle wall mod from spinny-vinny on my ECLE. I had to cut one of the spacers that came with the monkey to make a spacer the right size for the spinny-vinny wall mounting bracket. I also had to find a longer screw for the wall bracket. All in all, a really easy mod to install. I love the real monkey so much better than the pitiful original plastic.
IMG_1117 (resized).JPGWingStop is our goto. We refuse to go to BWW’s, mainly because their service deteriorated to the point where we would pretty much be completely ignored. El Pollo Loco remains my favorite style. I’m getting reasonably close to a similar flavor.

I always give the game a nudge as the monkey is flying down to grab the ball to make the wings really get going. It’s amazing how much better the monkey mod is.

Really glad it worked out. Those walls are cool, but I haven't seen enough of them to know if the monkey fits. Thanks for the photos! "Real monkey!" haha.

Hey Steve - I remember there was a difference from the video of the monkey 27 posts up - his wings were flappier than what is normal?? I can’t wait for mine to arrive and wondering if tweaking is possible for more flappiness - if even noticeable?

The wings flap a lot or a little depending on the motion of the game.
Its always different.
Pinballgoddess says it depends on the wind. Flying conditions vary lol.
