Jersey Jack, 2013She won't get up, bottom shaft opto not reading.
Reseated connection, won't trigger by passing a biz card or ruler through but will trigger by placing a q-tip between which touches both opt sides (found this through cleaning opto).
Before testing found shaft was rubbing one side of opto which I've read is common from factory.
No response from vm's and emails left for LTG, can anyone help?
Assume simply bad or damaged opto....

It's probably just a scratched opto if the threaded rod was rubbing against it.
