You can't make FULL PF assemblies until they are finalized. The people that are blaming the code (80%) are not listening to the whole story. The devil is in the details.
That being said, Jack claimed that he was going to take EARNINGS reports to IAAPA (Nov. 13-16) to help convince operators commit to his games. This means that he has to HAVE earnings reports. (Of course, he went on to say how confident he was that his game would rake in quarters...)
Games on location = Earnings.
Clearly I am missing how this will be possible.
