While trouble shooting an intermittent connector issue on LED board #7, my friend accidentally bumped it into the coil lug. To be more specific the 7.5V purple wire terminal hit the coil lug. Now when game is on, some of the LED board are putting off an nasty smell and very little of the LED matix is working and some are locked on.

He made the decision to upgrade to entire LED system to the new REV 2.0. While waiting for the kit to come we want to find out the best way to test and verifiy which boards are nuked and which are still good. This is all greek to me with this serial based communication.

Anyone?

Friend had game powered on when doing the wiggle test. To see which LED board has the intermittent loose connection. Traced it to #7 green connector.

So locally there is no games, and frankly I beleive if we found one, it would not be proper to ask them to use their game as a test bed.

Secondly shipping and fees would make it cost prohibitive to have JJP test. So anyone know how to test in the game? This serial based connunication is mind numbing to me....
