The door is held on by two screws. The door shaft is held to the motor by two allen head set screws.

Switch at the bottom of the drop target assembly. Loose, fallen off, broken wire.
Check in Tests - Switches - Matrixed - tab on drop target pushes the arm of the switch closed going down and releases it open going up.
