You may have a setting that resets High Scores after so many games. Check you game settings.

My question is somewhat along these lines and I a am hoping someone can help me.

I am just trying to CLEAR the factory high scores. I went into the settings and have tried to "clear high scores", but that only clears high scores I have made and doesn't clear out the high scores that came from the factory.

Is there any way to clear out the high scores from the facotry without having to beat them? My family is new to pinball and not that good yet and we would like to see our progress in the high score screen

Dang! Those seem like some high numbers to get to in order to even get on the board. Guess we will just have to get better!

Can someone tell me how to reset the players high scores (not the high scores from the factory)? I have looked on the High Scores settings menu and do not see a "reset" or "reset now", other than the "after X games"? I want to reset them now, not wait until 100 games.
