So the software is telling me I have an EOS error at the castle flipper. That square is blocked out Red in the diagnostics, and manually moving the flipper up and down doesn't change anything.
The flipper is flipping fine in gameplay and test, including cradling the ball.
Wondering if I should just ignore it or do I have to take off the playfield and see what's going on?

If it requires removal of the mini pf you may want to wait until the flipper fails to return to rest position which is usually the first sign of trouble - unless others have had trouble with the castle flipper. That said, I'd definitely tighten the ones I could easily get to before the first game is played - it only takes a few minutes.
