I had the same issues as well. This is where some Loctite from the factory would save us a lot of grief. I imagine the units are pre-assembled somewhere and then bolted to the playfield so JJP needs to have a talk with whomever is the assembler. I hope this is corrected for the Hobbit owners.

I'd like to echo that though I had problems the customer service was great and I'll be back in line at JJP for their 3rd title...but oops, I forgot what that 3rd title is going to be - maybe someone at JJP can post it?
