I was asked to post this question for an arcade with one of your prototype machines.
When there is a ball locked in the Munchkin Land area, the machine sometime doesn't life the bar high enough to release the ball.
Also if there are 2 balls locked, it seems as though there is too much pressure on it to lift.
Any suggestions?

Check for a physical interference between the coil wiring and the lift bar/mechanics.

I had this problem and was told to slightly bend the arm up which worked, but that was before the 1.24 update. In that version you can adjust the coil on that lock in the menu. I would try that first if that prototype game supports that code version.

Is that the Ramp Lockup Kick Timing option?

Increase the timer.

You wouldn't even know this is a prototype except for the topper.

Some places purchased the proto's because they earned so well. We explicitly said they are unsupported though.

I don't know what place this is or even what gen proto this is so software may not fix it. Bending the arm a bit may work.

Better to bend the metal nub that lets the arm/relay plate be closer to or farther away from the coil.
