That's an awsome machine. Kind of wishing I was getting one for Christmas.

For those worried about the flippers and ramp shots; I wouldn't worry, If those are the proper released Williams mech's and not prototypes; They are likely electronically controlled and can be made more powerful. If they are not electronically controlled, different coils will be installed in the production games.

I really like the witch making the catcalls. To me, that makes the machine. I'm starting to like the theme more and more.

Can't wait to play at the Chicago expo.

I wish JJP all the best.

Quoted from rotordave:

>The quality of the playfeild looks awsome.
>Hopefully the wait will pay off. The quality does look to be very good.
>The game itself looks amazing! The light show is incredible and the quality of game looks superb.
>He still seems happy especially with the quality of the build and the cabinet, toys, upper playfields
You guys must possess amazing talents that I haven't got ....
The ability to judge the "quality" of something from a video.
Quality is proven over a long period of time. Not from a video on the Internet.
Just saying.
Dave.

I was wondering if those who keep saying it's a quality built or just a hight quality product did some FMEA studies on the moving parts and measure tolerances and gaps along certain edges where parts meet etc. or do they just possess calibrated eyeballs?

Heck, at AMOA and the old ASI tradeshows, Cinematronics Dragon's Lair and Mylstar M*A*C*H III games seemed fantastic. The laser disc p;ayers crapped out within a few months on 100% of them.

Also, do any of those praising the quality of the JJP WoZ think that Gottlieb pins (before Premier) were not high quality? How many flipper mech needed replacement on those; essentially zero. Even Bally and Williams, who made some greta (sic) games did not stand up to Gottlieb's quality (and originality) Sue me Mondial

JJP thread program
10 Start JJP about something new20 everyone starts going crazy about new whatever30 instigators around page 2-3 start some type of typical argument40 others start losing interest50 someone starts a new JJP thread60 instigators realise no one is listening in previous thread70 GOTO 20
Infinite regress I know, but as is life here apparently.

Can you post this in the form of a flow chart?

Ha! Flipper Gate. I like it!
Kim

More like a violation of a "gag request". I wonder if a preorder will be cancelled because of this?

Hey alright, a Positive gottlieb comment!

Quoted from absocountry2:

I am glad to see a low score

If Stern would have done this there would be an uproar. C'mon, you know it's true. But, because JJP is doing it, it's okay.

Quoted from Pinchroma:

Or someone with no job who is likely sucking up my tax dollars on welfare.

Could be someone who is retired and living off of a defined benefit pension plan. Oh, sorry, wrong thread.

Quoted from Pinchroma:

The factory isn't on any main road. In fact it's about 3/4 of a mile from any main thoroughfare.
What that means is your friend drives 1.5 miles out of his way to check up on a company who he likely is not a customer of. That means he is A) an obsessed stalker B) has zero life C) probably an escaped mental patient.

Who the hell are you to judge people for what they do on their own time?

#561 11 years ago
Quoted from Pinchroma:

Nothing more than opinion. All opinions are judgements by definition.
So basically you are saying. Who the hell am I to have an opinion. Wow the nerve of me.

Had you put another choice that was less caustic such as: D) A person trying to help the pinball community. Or, even just: D) Other. I would not have made my post.
