I would check if it has a unified power supply inside big tin box lower right hand side, could be L9 Coil Burnt

I would re load the code with a different USB stick and make sure you unzip the code to the usb

I think i had a problem when the cpu battery went flat and it lost the bios settings, probably need to look there as if the monitor has a conflict on a port

disconnect the backboard led strip and topper strip
runs off the same 12v monitor does
