Had not played my YBR WOZ in a while and I keep it unplugged when not in use but when I plugged it in and turned on the power switch on the front right side - the “no signal” came up on the 27” screen for a few seconds snd then the screen goes black not wanting to boot up like normal. I checked the support vids on JJP and did the jumper process but still nothing. I replaced the coin style 2032 battery thinking it might have died but still nothing. All 3 fans are spinning but still nothing. I read there is a button somewhere located in the back box but I have not found. Here are some pics so I can get the about location where this button is. I have placed an email to JJP so we can figure it out. Still have warranty.

So connect the two in the red box together (reset) and if that does not work, connect to two in the green box (pw)

Tried touching them both and nada. Still the little no sig comes up and that’s it screen black. I was touching the 2 while the pin was powered up and only touching them for a few seconds on each set
Thanks for the help but I think it will be left up to the experts from JJP.

Tried to re-seat all cables and still this no signal problem. Anyone have any ideas? Should I buy another hdmi to DVI 18/1 cable?
