100 pieces are ready for painting.
50 parts are in painting right now
25 pieces (first run) are almost ready after painting and they are waiting for the electronic assembly.

manuals and gifts and all of what i promise are ready for all 250 pieces!

i want to share with you a project that i start before this oz lanes mod. you cant see this cheap acrylic sign with the small led in the game so i decide to make it special and to pop it out. i test it with servo motor for movements to make it same as the video and also with leds and im posting here the first sketch i did before wood texture and other changes. this mod is my second mod for woz and the third one are in progress. i will post photos of the final mod with the leds and all effects very soon after shipping first run. and for oz lanes buyers you get from me 20$ discount on this mod! list for the new mod is not open now but its will open in new thread very soon!

first 25 are painted!!!! going to do few clear coats and after that to work on the electronics and to install the O Z letters.
i have to test each one on the machine for few hours before shipping and also need to wait 3 - 5 days for the clear coat. its looks like i will ship them in next weekend or little bit later. im still working as i plan with my timeline. they looks much more beautiful in person. the photos really not makes justice! this is the final version with a lot of fixes from what you saw in the first photos in the first posts. all flowers connection was fixed and all weird wires from sculpting was off. this model is clean and looks amazing!

the new mod looks great but still need few changes to make it fit. i will post photos of it very soon.

second run is fully painted and waiting for clear coat, electronics and testing. its looks like its will be shipped next weekend but i will not ship it until im getting few feedback's from the first run.

Guys please do not share my installation instructions.

Its easy to install. Plug and play. Remove the old one and install the new one. As you see its easy and a lot of people did it. There is no online manual. You are getting color printed manual step by step. sorry but i work hard to make it work on all games and i dont want to publish how i did it you can send me pm and i will show you how the installation is done
