My new WOZ can't grab the ball (like 90%). I only saw twice successful grab and move the ball to the castle.
In the test, the monkey's movement looks fine.
Does anyone have any idea?

It does not grab it at all. The magnet of top playfield release the ball then I see the magnet of monkey turned on and tried to grab the ball but it couldn’t.
Do I need to adjust the horizontal level of the pinball?
