Hello. My WOZ monitor does not work. Any idea what to do? Which cable do I check to make it work?

there is a power and a video cable.
i find that the easiest way to check the cables is to fold the head back down and reach them from the bottom of the head. also, check the video cable at the computer cage in the bottom of the base cabinet.
