I've replaced 2 GI LED Boards (7/2014 and 12/2014), the invoice says they are $12.99, but both of mine were replaced for free and I just had to pay to ship the old ones back. My game was delivered 2/2014.
According to the manual the single GI boards made from 9/2013 to 3/2014 are different than after 3/1/14 so I think I needed a couple of the "after 3/1/14" boards to make my game rock solid. No board issues since 12/2014.
