You may need to call JJP Support directly or send a PM to Pinsider LTG who is a support person for JJP. If
LTG cannot help you directly he will certainly hook you up with the correct JJP support person for your issue.
JJP is sort of notorious for ignoring tickets logged through their trouble ticket system. I am not sure why, but that has been my experience.
