My game was a July '13 build and the code updates after receiving it came monthly and they were large updates that really hit a crescendo with 3.0 to 4.1.
I was very impressed with the code progress and they were as open as they could be with the progress especially after developing all the base code on WOZ I would think TH will be much further along at release.
