As others have said thanks to OP for bringing this to my attention. Had the same issue, probably would not have noticed for a while. Simple bend to the ball guide fixed things.

Quoted from vid1900:I keep tellin' them it ain't rocket science.
Ba-dum ching!
And thanks to this thread WoZ joins the elite Stern club of "should have shipped with a dremel/belt sander/angle grinder".
I guess Stern really isn't the ONLY manufacturer of real pinball machines any more
Quoted from homebrood:I know right!? I can't believe they made these games and still were able to overlook something so simple! This is bad, really, really bad.. Any idiot, would at least make sure there was NO CHANCE, of any metal to metal contact with the ball guides and any mechs! A pop ring scraping on a ball guide out of the box!!! WTF? I mean Come on! This is just really unreal!!! Throw in a 1/4 inch there and the problem is non existent!!!!! No excuse whatsoever for this!!!/
Tom
I had a hard time telling. Was this sarcasm? Or is a complete lack of awareness of manufacturing complex items? Or is it the normal screaming people are doing in every WOZ thread about every little thing? Really, I can't even tell.
