One of the very few on-location machines around me is a Wizard of Oz. Unfortunately, the castle door never opens so rescue multiball and anything else that depends on castle progress is off the table. It seems like everything on the castle playfield works except starting multiball (can add rescue locks, register hits toward breaking down the door).
I've spoken to the staff and left enough notes to believe the operator will never fix the hardware issue. However, maybe they'd be willing to change a setting if there is one that would allow rescue to be played without a functional door. Is there?
