Quoted from Wanderers:

Having just purchased a WOZ and thoroughly enjoying it might I add. I have encountered a few minor issues of
which I have overcome and delt with myself. I now find one of the major LED circuit boards gone, ahh. Having tried emailing and phoning JJP direct on numerous occasions to see if there’s any compensation on this, as the games had very little use.
I am finding this an impossible task every extension goes straight to answer machine, and not one email iv sent had had a response over this issue. Either they are extremely busy selling pinball machines or they can’t be bothered dealing with me. Has anyone elts experienced this???

Sent an email to them last week. Still waiting for reply.
They usually don't take this long.

Not getting a response from the ticket I generated in the JJP web site. Tried twice.
Lloyd is there a problem with their network?

Quoted from wtatumjr:

Howdy! 'Just wanted to say how pleased I am over my help with the JJP staff in the past (they have helped me so very much) but how really shitty
how now when I have a problem they don't get back to you after leaving a message. I figured out my problem but it took me quite a while - if I could have spoken with someone it would have saved me a ton of trouble shooting. I understand there are times when people are tied up but they should get back to you if you leave your contact information.
My thanks to Shannan in the parts department for her prompt service and my past help with problem solving- I wish I could remember the names of the people were so patient keeping my WOZ running in the past, they were so very helpful. I hope JJP has not become just another problem ignoring company.
When I leave a message I expect someone to get back to me - is this too much to ask?

I agree.
I haven't been able to contact JJP and neither has my dealer. WTF JJP. I was probably in for a GNR but if I can't get a hold of you to purchase a simple part then forget me as a returning customer...

To you guys upgrading to the 2.0 light boards...I'm interested in a couple of the small light boards as backup.

PM me with price if you are interested to sell.

Thanks

Quoted from Rager170:

Hey guys,
I noticed last night that my white rubber ring by the OZ lanes is getting cut by the slingshot kicker. Need to buy a new one. Suggestions?
Also, the part number from JJP looks to say 25-2003-32-0 but it calls it a "Black rubber ring - 2 inches". Is that correct, 2 inches?

if it's not cut yet just rotate the rubber a bit.

Hey gang, I'm about to install the 2.0 lightkit.
The instructions on the jjp website are from 2019. I believe their are a few updates to it, does anybody have a list?
Thanks

I'll be doing a 2.0 board swap soon. The only board currently not working is the "fish" board.
Let me know if any are interested in acquiring my swapped out boards...

I'll be doing a 2.0 light board upgrade swap soon. The only board currently not working, from the original board set, is the "fish" board.
Let me know if any are interested in acquiring my swapped out boards...

Quoted from fossmin:

How do you identify 2.0 boards. I don't see 2.0 actually written on them. The date on them is 2018.
Thanks

The 2.0 boards don't use those original cables marked with the red and green paint for one thing. They use an entirely new cable set.

Quoted from jasonbar:

Are your boards 5.0V or 7 5V?
Thank you,
Jason

5.0 V boards for the most part.

Wow! I just finished upgrading to the 2.0 light kit and.... it's working!!

Scary process doing it for the first time but got it done.

Very satisfying to turn on the game and to see all that effort pay off.

Quoted from zaphX:

Way to go! It's a pretty fun project isn't it?

Looking back it wasn't that difficult but still i wish the procedures had a few more pics... some things were not that obvious at first

Quoted from RTS:

Yep. And for me, the reliability of 2.0 outweighs the dimness.
It's great to have a stockpile of old boards because they have proven to eventually fail. That gets old.
It's better to have 2.0 because you don't have to fuck with them failing anymore. Also better for retaining value.

I didn't notice much a dimness drop with the lights on 2.0... just set the settings to high
