It's been a year of waiting, but my 2.0 kit finally arrived yesterday afternoon!

Installing our 2.0 kit tomorrow .. and Sunday if needed.

We are beginning to install the 2.0 kit as I type this.
Jersey Jack customer service is closed today and I've got questions I couldn't answer by searching other Pinside threads.

Would anyone who has installed this kit be willing to give me a call to answer a few questions? I'd be glad to PayPal something for your expertise.

FYI ... We installed the 2.0 kit this past weekend but no gi lights or insert lights are working. We have power to the new boards and the pin is running the latest software and plays fine; just no lights. We retraced everything for hours, but no luck.

Today, I got this email from JJP. Hopefully, this is what the problem is ... Stay tuned.

Yes, our kit was also short 4. We used one for a template and made up an additional 4.

Here's a pic before we removed the old boards and after the new boards were installed.

We haven't tightened things up by zip-tying everything yet. Waiting to make sure it's all working first.

The parts inventory list does say 4, which is correct for what is included, but the instructions say you need 8.

Spoke with Doris at JJP on Wednesday .. had the new board Saturday by 6pm.

Switched out the defective board this morning.

All done!!

Finally, a shout out to Pinside for the ability to research the forums for guidance while attempting this conversion .. and to the Pinsiders I spoke with on the phone; LTG and Pin Monk.

And thanks to Steve Arpino, who did all the heavy lifting on this project. IMO, he is CNY's best pinball repair tech .. and I would have never attempted this install without him.

Yes, we had success with it.

It took 2 minutes to swap out the bad board with the replacement BAG control board.

We went from no insert or gi lights to all lights working as intended.

If anyone is going to Pinfest in Allentown, I can bring all the original 5.0 boards from my WOZ ECLE that was converted over to the 2.0 kit.

I had an insert light issue before the conversion, but I don't know which board was giving me the problem before the fix.

I'm not sure what the value would be to anyone, but if interested message me. Thanks!
