I think some of these are switches that haven’t been hit in a while I had the rescue error and just had to bend the switch a little bit to get it to go away.
Does anybody know how many inches that ring is in the upper sling? I looked at mine and I have the power turned down but after about 80 plays it still seems like it won’t last much longer.
Quoted from adol75:Try and reseat the SD card in the crystal ball.
I did this as well and have the same error message in ball on occasion. Mine has a build date on 9-19 so I think it’s common. Might need a new SD or a monitor all together... I just live with mine.
Quoted from d0n:where does one find this Steve G.? Does he have a website?
Steve G has a thread going here. I made the 2.0 list! Barely! I’ll never forget the day I was out on the lake and hardly had any cell service when the list went live.

A little issue...my RR won’t power on, checked fuse at power switch and all good there it looks. Power supply outlet works. I have a newer run of the ruby red so it has the newer back box. Pretty sure this was from a fast power on power off in fact it did get plugged in without it being shut off and then plugged in too quickly. Is there a reset button I need to look for anywhere? I’ve seen some threads about this but it looks like it just relates to the older versions.

And it’s the paper clip for the win thanks for that!
Quoted from paulbaptiste:I'm occasionally getting this image on my crystal ball. Any insight into why? Also installed cliffy's in this area and now the connector going to the crystal ball will work itself loose. Was this originally glued in place or are the connectors worn and loose allowing it to walk out?
Thanks for the insight!

Mine has done the same thing occasionally lately nothing knock on wood! I think if you unplug the cable plug it back in and then make sure it’s secure as long as the ball isn’t knocking it loose as it rolls by you should be OK although I know there are numerous posts on this! It could also be possibly a bad mini monitor? Or you may need a new SD card maybe try taking it out and reinserting that’s what has fixed mine...for now. I know LTG has offered some advice on this as well.
