Quoted from Geremy13:So.... while I was pondering your message, I thought to myself. 'All of these machines should be on 5 balls!"..... and why not?... These exist for me to relax and unwind after work. I am in no competition to beat anybody's score but my own. So getting a score based on 5 balls vs 3 balls is meaningless to me. I am not going to boast my score to anybody,,,,,, but putting them on 5 balls makes my game more enjoyable. And that is truly why they exist!.... So, they are all now on 5 balls.... I truly appreciate you input... it made me think 'why not?'.... and of course the answer was YES!... put them all on 5.
I have not done it yet,but i like the way you think.
Quoted from Geremy13:Has anyone noticed that playing WOZ makes you a better pinball player?
Quoted from Geremy13:Just wondering if anybody else has noticed it improving your gameplay.
Yes
I said the same thing to a friend a few weeks ago. The first month that WOZ was here that's the only game i played when i went over to another game i was playing better than ever(i still suck). Is it a wide body vs normal?
Quoted from jrockne:What do you guys have the "Ball Save" setting set to?
Mine is set at 5.
Quoted from nicoga3000:Also, I keep seeing info on the game not being bright enough. Is this a problem folks have solved without a $130 kit? Seems like there's got to be an easier/cheaper fix?
I added spots, but off on the sides. I did not care for them on the slings.
Spots are tied into the existing spots. All parts purchased from JJP, 12 volt LEDs came with the spots.
Quoted from TxJay:How did you order these parts from them? It doesn't show for sale on their website? Do you have to contact them direct?
Yes. I purchased 4 spots with long wires and the 2 black posts.
Quoted from Nokoro:So, is there an already existing connector that these plug into, or is it more complicated than that to set them up? I'm not sure what it means that they hook up to existing spots.
No connector. You can make a connector or use standard electrical connectors. You will be connecting the new spot wires to the 12 volt wires for the existing spots.
Quoted from Phbooms:Im trying to close up outlanes and cant figure out how to close up the left one. Theres a hole for the post but the metal guide is in the way. Is this outlane not adjustable?
Take the plastic off and move the guide.
Quoted from indypinhead:Yes, I have drop targets machined out of polycarbonate.
Do you have a photo? They are available now?
Thanks Jim
Quoted from Phbooms:Wired up 4 Starpost lights under the slings as suggested by TaylorVA. I wired them to the spotlight circuit instead of the coindoor lights. Think i might add 1 or 2 spot lights still to shine under where the 2 wireforms criss-cross mid playfield. Overall i like the Starpost lights, thanks again TaylorVA!
I did mine like this.
Quoted from indypinhead:Nice throne room Acrylic cover you have there.....
Every game should have one. Great finished look.
Quoted from merccat:I keep seeing recommendations to get the munchkinland protector but playing the game I just don't see it.
When the center target starts bending you will start to see some air balls go that way, protect it now before the damage. That target takes a beating.

Quoted from whitey:How rare is a direct print cabinet on a standard WOZ? I ordered it that way and was told not many made ?
I thought about 400.
Quoted from Gov:Just got a WoZ standard today. Enjoying it so far. I do have one issue though, the right coin eject light keeps melting LED's. I have put a couple in and they worked for a few minutes then noticed they were out. Opened the coin door and they are burnt up and slightly melted.
That is 12 volts....You need a 12 volt LED
Quoted from Radius118:I was thinking of simply making some molex "Y" connectors and adding some additional spotlights to the GI circuit on top of the slings, etc.
I did the spots and it worked out great. Purchased all the parts from JJP. No connector from them but they were easy to splice in. Remember they are 12 volt.
Quoted from Radius118:That looks nice. Did you do all the soldering and heat shrinking on the spots or did they come that way from JJP? If you did them then that's some nice work. Also, do you happen to know the length of the spacers you used for the spots? That would help me out a bunch if I decide to go that route and make them myself.
Hi
I did the shrink tube, the posts are the same as used on the one by the wizard head.
Quoted from Ramjet:It looks really great with the white leds like you have done and not the horrible purple leds that a lot of people put in. Great job!
Thank you
Quoted from Nepi23:I am thinking about making a sticker out of the picture and putting it there and then cover it with mylar.
Let me know it this is what you need.
