Ok here is my dilemma. I’m sending a check to my dealer for a NIB 75th RR today. Another dealer called me and said that JJ is going to run the Emerald City WOZ this week and could get one of those for an unknown price. Both of these are 2.0 and I assume same cabinet quality. The only difference I can think of is the wood apron in the EC. #choices
I called over to JJ and got a definite NO on the ECLE rerun. So not sure why he told me that. RR in the mail though and the girls are stoked about it. Me too secretly
Yeah probably lol. I haven’t even taken my RR out of the box yet. Can’t wait till tonight! In da club! It took me all week to read through this thread and I am super pumped to put some time on this game. Cliffy said it might be a few weeks but there is no way I can leave it in the box till then so I’m going to put some Mylar on the edge and play the crap out of her till then.
We unboxed the RR WOZ last night and played her first 30 games. Wow as a game it does not disappoint and out of the box she is a beauty. The only issue on the playfield is a rubber on the small flipper has a defect and deep cut into it. No big deal. Going to order a replacement set anyways if you have any suggestions? After reading through this whole thread over the past couple weeks I have this initial perspective.
2.0 lighting set on high is just as amazing as the older versions that I played on location. Factory setting is medium and that was one of the first adjustments I made.
The witch in the tube has to go! What an ugly faced toy she is. Somebody mentioned the pope mobile and now I can’t get that out of my mind lol
JJ has put the manual on CD rom now instead of print. I hate this. I am sure I’m not alone in liking the pages to flip through. Who has a CD rom anymore anyways!
There is no way anyone in my house is going to melt the witch anytime soon. Our other game is a MBr and I haven’t got monsters of rock yet after 500 games but I feel like I am getting better and closer every day. This game is daunting. 5 flippers is one reason why I wanted her but man it really humbles me and where my skills are at. SWOTR is a myth.
I look forward to being active in this thread as we dial this incredible pin in and appreciate any and all help along the way. Cheers
I don’t know how you contacted them but I had a couple questions about my game and left a service message. After only 10 mins I was on the phone with LTG.
$1000? I think the mod looks awesome but no way it’s that cool lol. I’m with you daditude I would buy a different version of the monkey mod just to have it now. I think the witch mod is in the same situation for me. I have no allegiance to any mod maker or designer/artist. I just want to make my game for me and my family. So if anyone out there wants to get my money make a monkey mod and a crystal ball mod that makes it adjustable so I can see the screen.
I really want a monkey in my family. The original looks so so bad. I will wait though because I have to.

I removed the metal apron flap that holds the balls in when you elevate the playfield and I also removed with a grinder about 1/4” of metal off the apron that occasionally deflects the ball when it kicks up. Problem 100% solved.

1 I think you’re ballz have become magnetized. Try replacing them with new ones.
2. Monkey only active after both monkey switches inside the forest bumper area are hit. That will light the Dorthy rescue arrow in the back of the outer loop. Only then will the monkey come down. It doesn’t matter if he actually gets a ball or not. If the screen says Dorothy is captured your good.
3. Pretty sure the post can be removed from above. Then place a new rubber on it and replace. Mine was super tight squeeze against the outlane. You can move the post to the more open outlane position and solve this problem but then drain 2x faster. The left outlane is the bane of my existence and I wouldn’t suggest giving it any better chance to swallow more ballz. TNPLH is very very hard and I have only done it once. Then immediately drained back down the left outlane FML. Love this game

Just wait until your sweaty after the witch battle that you have been losing for the past 6 months and finally melt her. I rode that Adrenalin for a couple days! The game is so deep that it will never leave the collection. Anybody that comes over and plays it says how beautiful it is. Man you need to swap spots with TAF to enjoy the artwork in your game room. Also I added an amplified subwoofer and cranked up the bass
One year ago I bought a NIB RR WOz and absolutely love this game! I’m fighting the witch all the time but haven’t melted her yet. Had a buddy over a month ago and he posted a 1.2 million grand champion on my game (with my help of course lol). Now I’m desperately trying to beat his score daily and get SO close before the witch cackles at me and it’s over! GnR on order but I can tell you that it has some BIG shoes to fill in my house. Very proud of this game and there is no doubt it is bolted to the floor as the center piece of the room. So the question is when the GnR LE comes do I put it next to Woz or MB and leave Woz to stand alone. Or I could put the GnR alone I guess. Ahhh LOVE these problems.
I bought nib RR WOz in November 2019 for $9500. Distro did not over charge me so I bought GnR from him as well. Now we will see how long it takes to get this game time will tell
Woz IMO has the most potential for personal touch type mods. I just did the tree leaves and it was fun to bring the haunted forest to life.
Castle VUK and bash sensor suddenly stopped working. Searched this thread and found Lloyd helping with this same issue a few months ago. I checked fuse F703 like he said and it is good. In fact all the fuses that I see are good. F703, F714, F711, F712, F713, and F709 all have the red light on next to them. Also there is a flashing red light on CPU chip. Please help.

I turned my game on today and nothing. Just a low hum with the power switch on. I switched out the power cord and still nothing. Power supply? Am I missing something obvious? A fuse perhaps? Help please and thank you
