Wax doesn't build up. Its self cleaning and removes earlier coats when you apply it.
Its actually thinner after 3 coats lol...

Line voltage is good. Coil DC is at 65v. I know a fresh coat of wax makes things a little nuts for a bit but.....I guess I will see if it dies down a little after a while.
You only need one coat of wax, and even with that, things will be crazy for a few games.

Not under load that is good. Maybe even a tad low. Often around 70v not under load.

Wax doesnt work like that. Anything more than 1 coat and your are just wasting product.

That's what I was thinking. Yes this is under no load.

Mr. Lloyd, what is your opinon on these resistors? I beleive these have had their coating breaking down since very early on when the machine was new. Leave well enough alone or replace?

Anybody know what the situation is for buying a complete light board replacement set? OR...is anybody selling their 7.5 set after they did the swap? Not sure which route I want to take, but my 7.5 has been bulletproof so far. I just think it would be a good move to have some backups...

I bought mine nib in 2014, same, bulletproof. EBay has some, expensive. Good place to just browse and get an idea.

I just received an email from JJP that they are assembling a batch of 2.0 kits right now and are a few weeks out. I got on the list a couple of months ago. See if you can get on with this batch.

Also if you aren’t interested in the 2.0 kit I have the 7.5’s on mine that haven’t had any issues and would be willing to part with them as soon as I do the swap.

Looking to just get an idea on how much to possibly sell my RR Woz for? Has 7.5v boards, never had a problem, and a full spare set with it. Lighted Emerald city mod(with a 2nd spare), flying monkey figure, Glinda witch figure, fire pots mod, art blades, cliffys, and all upgrades the RR came with. Game looks perfect and plays perfect with about 1180 plays. Just curious what you guys would start the price at? Thanks

I think 2.0 boards would change the price a little. They're the latest upgraded version and if given a choice, most buyers would prefer them.
I've seen many 7.5 boards sold in the used market as backups to older machine owners in case they stop being solid.

I disagree. My ECLE is very clean and has nice mods but wouldn’t sell at $12k, $11k, $10.5k, $10.3k or even at $10k…20 inquiries asking if it has the 2.0 boards…as soon as you say 7.5’s…crickets.
Regardless…GLWS. I’m done listing mine for now, will keep it if I can’t get $10k.

Yes I have the RR version that the Toto in a basket came with.
Help!! I have an issue that occurs with either my subwoofer or the stock cabinet speaker. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I have eliminated the RCA bulkhead and ran the sub wire straight to the amplifier board. At first, the sub worked. Now it doesn’t. This has been an ongoing issue, even with the bulkhead installed. I have tried different sub cables, but I haven’t tried changing the stock wiring. I would think it would be quite the coincidence that both were sketchy.I am thinking I need a new amplifier board. Any other suggestions.
