What are the "obvious reasons"? Every stern playfield has a clear coat of some sort. The LE's are triple clear coated.
Man that backboard looks like a mess. Will the monitor be bezeled better? It looks all kludged together as it stands now. The playfield looks good. Will be anxious to see if the game is any fun. I have my doubts based on the flowless stop / go layout.
