The one year warranty on my WOZ will expire in December. So far Lloyd and Alex have been very helpful on any issue I have had concerning my pin. The JJP customer service where you get the work number - fair, at best. Anyway, I am wondering what I can expect, service wise, when my warranty expires. I realize I will have to pay for any part required for the machine. But does Lloyd and Alex continue to provide needed information concerning any issues I might encounter? To get parts after the warranty ends do I go through JJP or the distributor? Do you still fill out a work order concerning problems or is that just for warranty? Thanks.
