WOZ crystal ball stopped working
Looking for some input

Things I done

Reset sd card
Reseated connector on back of crystal ball, its tight and not hitting the wireform
Reseated connector J203 ion the I/O pcb, its tight

Hmmm, ok
On to checking power

Measured output from I/O pcb board pin 1 and 7 measures a cool 4.93v
Measured output from back of ball connector, measures 26.9mv

I don't think I've raised and lowered the palyfield more than 5 times.
Is there a break in that cable anywhere? On first inspection I didn't notice any.

Ideas?

I've emailed support 3 x's
Called twice and filled out the service form
Still no reply.....

Only received the automated message that my email has been received
I'm pretty sure I have figured out my issue, and need a new cable.

I spoke with Frank in service on Wednesday and my new cable arrived today.
I have a few things going this weekend but hope to install and test to see if this does the trick
