It is unsigned so if you're running OS X 10.7.5 or newer then Gatekeeper will prevent you from running it. So you'll have to right click and select 'Open' to bypass this.

I assume you were using Disk Utility? If so, the 'MS-DOS (FAT)' option is actually FAT 32. Just for future reference
