I'm thinking the same thing. Sounds like Balcer wasn't too keen on revealing any more Hobbit details so they might have decided to hold onto this update so they have something substantial to reveal at Expo.

So that's interesting, they have 1.9 in the factory but haven't released 1.2 yet to the public. I wonder how many public releases there will be between 1.2 and 1.9?

Also, I wonder what the process is between Keith (or Ted?) finishing a new version and that version being released?
