First off want to thank TG for his assistance tonight. If it werent for his gorilla strength it would have been a much longer afternoon/night. Finally unloaded everything and thought I would throw out a couple pics before I passed out! Here is what all was included in the deal....

    CV
    TOTAN
    TOM
    TZ
    STTNG
    JM
    JD
    WCS94
    T2
    Black Hole

others I already had and planned on cleaning up....JD, JM and FH.

Time to figure out which ones I will be keeping and which will have to find a new home.

Well played sir! Well played indeed!
I guess you have your 2012 "honey-do" list all ironed out then huh???

    #9 12 years ago

Dibs on black hole if you cant get it up and running. Where did you score all this at? Congrats!

    #10 12 years ago

That is an excellent score. You should sell them all to DVDT!

    #11 12 years ago

    i call dibs on cv!

    #12 12 years ago

Wow, nice find! I'm sure you'll do well what ever you decide!

Move those up into the great white north, you could buy yourself a nice igloo! The only thing missing from those pics is someone in a thong. TG should have stepped up to the plate on that one

    #13 12 years ago

Wowww...what a score and some great games to boot. Your garage looks like pinball heaven.

    #14 12 years ago

Wow! ...I can see how you'd have a hard time knowing where to start. But gosh, what a great problem to have!

    #22 12 years ago

    Jim

    #23 12 years ago

    #26 12 years ago

    #27 12 years ago

    #28 12 years ago

Thats the problem...I want to play and keep them all...not possible though

I will get to all the emails later today, off to the garage to see what I bought Took the day off to give them my full attention

    #29 12 years ago

Nothing like unloading a big ole truck or trailer

Done it a few times myself, and I'm due again. Just need one to turn up!

    #30 12 years ago

Yeah, I'd also be interested to hear how you got 'em.

    #34 12 years ago

What kinda price did you pay for all those?!

    #35 12 years ago

This is a question you DO NOT ask. Just saying, don't mean to single you out, but I sure as shit wouldn't be telling everyone, unless I was keeping them all forever...

I see I have a lot of brewing to do.

    Quoted from Blackbeard:

What kinda price did you pay for all those?!

I helped load and even I don't know that.

Since I am a potential buyer for some pins, I didn't feel like it was fair to know.

    Quoted from jsandjs:

Believe it or not, there are some crazy collectors out there that are not only from Iowa, but NOT on pinside.

I think not being on pinside completely invalidates them as real pin heads though...

    #39 12 years ago

    If your shopping them all....
    1.Cut your losses.
Figure out which will be worth your time in the end (which your keeping).
2.Pick out the ones closest to being fully working and finish those.
When I get overwhelmed with projects its nice to have something working just to blow off steam.

3.Work on multipal machines at one time: this way you can constantly be ordering parts saving overall on shipping. No matter what projects I have there is always something I forget.

Lastly order as much as you can from Pinballlife.com One of the few venders that reward you with bulk purchases. IE - pop bumper bodys I got 10 for the price of 8 ...20% savings on most common items such as springs-bulbs- balls etc. It helps to have a small drawer organizer with a lable maker too.

Long day once again, got most of them set up and took a quick look. Very happy with the overall purchase. Was suprised by a few things...the TZ has the robot mod and a few others....score. Took the two I wanted the most to the basement to get some attention first. I will respond to the pm's tonight...gotta go grab the kids and the last thing the wife is going to want to hear is anything about pinball

    Couple pics....

    #44 12 years ago

Nice score Justin! I am so happy that I am not in the market right now...it would drive me nuts trying to come up with ways to fit a couple of those into the lineup

    #45 12 years ago

I'd put T2 next to JD too.

    #46 12 years ago
