I'm in the process of repainting one, but its my first and it has a terrible cabinet. I'm afraid it will come out looking worse, but when I look at it now I figure "how can it be any worse." The playfield and glass are very nice, so it doesn't match. I guess I'd say original paint as well, but if the machine is badly hit, then I'd say spruce it up. This is also an EM machine, so it shouldn't be too hard to stencil and spray. A newer machine, it seems like you'd have a lot more at stake.
