I highly recommend LOTS of vitamin D3 everyday John. Keeps your immune system running well to fend off colds and other bugs from getting you in the first place. 4,000 - 8,000 IU/day. (I take 4,000 in morning/breakfast and another 4,000 at night with dinner. I rarely get sick these days. =)

Take care of your health first and wishing you a speedy recovery to 100%. I too am going to miss Allentown for the first time in over 10 years. Large disc herniation in lower back causing pain down left leg and numbness in calf and foot. Tried pt and chiro. Nothing worked. Mri proved that I need microsurgery from neurosurgeon. Counting down the days in pain prison. 10 days to go before operation to trim out the herniated part of the disc. Looking forward to hitting next year's atown!
