I guess thats why I have sex with women and not girls? I dont see the problem with a bush as long as it isnt a forest. To answer your question though, last weekend. I work six tens and only get home for a night before getting back to work. Not sure what this has to do with adult themed pins though. Unless its your bush on the glass.

Thats true. I'm all for adult themes. Raunchy, lewd, whatever. Thats all a good time to me. Porky's would be fun. Something based on a franchise I like, that happens to be adult themed I'd be all for. I kinda would love to see a bad boys pinball machine
Assuming they are being honest with themselves, and good number of guys would love to see one and play one, but I doubt it would sell very well. Operators are not going to risk the complaints, and in this politically correct world, there would be plenty. Then you have the home arcades, where it would sound like a fun thing to have, but in reality, the majority of us enjoy having company come over to play pinball, and then you end up worrying about kids, wives, girlfriends, and others who may not feel the same way about a "stripper pin" as you do. I had a LUCI in my basement with a few suggestive mods, and I ended up getting rid of it because I always had to cover it when the kids I help mentor through a local youth group were over. I'm sure they are exposed to way worse on TV and the internet, but I was always uncomfortable having it on display when kids are in the house...including my own grandkids.
Probably the best solution would be a retrofit kit of some sort where a person could change the dialogue and plastics if they wanted a more risqué pin.

As others have said, it depends what ones view of what an “adult theme” is.
If we are talking straight up pornography, then no. There’s a time and a place, and a mass market pinball ain’t it.
Of course if someone wanted to home brew a porno machine, that’s their business.
If by adult theme, you mean more like Rick & Morty, South Park, etc, then by all means.
The Playboy machines were all kinda lame, in my opinion, but that’s just me. Especially the Data East one.
