My experience after plenty of items came to me from the USA....
USPS = no duties paid by Canadian receiver. Hooray!
UPS = bend over, Canadian. Things are about to get uncomfortable.
Downside to USPS : Something damaged? Well, claiming that is going to be a total pain in the butt. USPS blames Canada Post. Or vice versa. Ugh.
