Not looking for playfield wear on the first LOTR I bought. Seller, he posts here, said the playfield was a 9/10. I get the machine home and find that the balrog toy had been broken and scraping the playfield as it turned leaving a large gouge in the playfield. The seller offered me no money back and instead suggested I fill the gouge and paint over it...I did just that and did a decent touch up job. When it came time to sell the machine (bought an HUO one to replace it) I made sure to inform the buyer of the gouge and touch up work.
