On the strip, they do not allow air conditioning units to protrude above the parapet walls. We have plans to install a ZOMBIE BIRDHOUSE on this huge hidden space. Flocks of evil pigeons will be sent to the Harley Davidson dealership next door to shit storm expensive bikes.
