While Making space between bumpers and fixing a rollover contact. We closed the game to see if we fixed where the bumpers were sticking. The previous owner of this worlds fair had added a doorbell like start button wired to the main starts button Jones plug area. Well me and my buddy pressed the start buttons at the same time and screwed this up. It went from a machine that reset and started to a machine that didn't light up. We detached the make shift starter button from the system. Now the starter button on the front of the system is not working the coin return button is attempting to restart the game but the machine arcing between the 1,2,3 relays. This thing went from almost there to what the F. I'm new at this and had no idea that pressing the two buttons would cause this type of issue. Tried to manually restart game and it was lighting just the worlds fair circle and the number 6. Now have lost all power. Also changed a fuse from 15 to 10 on the solinods. The start relay was arcing.

If pressing the Replay button doesn't trip the Start (S) relay on the control bank,
Inspect and diagnose this circuit with Alligator clip jumper wires
Be careful because this circuit runs on 120 volts

Thanks for the video and thoughtfulness you put into this post. We did remove the added starter switch and disconnect it from the system. We switched back to the 15 fuse from the 10 and the problem disappears. The past owner soldered the new starter button to the starter button on the door. We
Clipped the additional wires and taped them up and adjusted the step up unit and the pinball is working again. Thanks for the thoughts and appreciate the knowledge being shared !
