World Cup Soccer has 0.4v on TP1

So my WCS started acting strangely, blowing F116, ejecting balls and not spinning the ball.

I measured test point 1 which should be at least 12 volts as I understand, but it was showing 0.4v. So, a little low

I think that means replacing the bridge rectifier and capacitor. Anything else I should replace while I'm at it?
