Flippers lock on on my world cup soccer. I'm not even sure where to start with this one? It's both flippers.

I have tested the buttons in the switch edges menu and they seem to be fine.

Should also say I've been working on the MPU board...

I think you have the ribbon cable plugged in one row off at one of these connectors.

Man I wish it'd been that simple! Reseated it, no luck. Removed it altogether and still locked on.
Anytime I put a fuse in f901 or f902 a flipper locks on..

Nope. All looks good. Even with cable totally removed the coils lock on. Both flippers...

I had this problem with my NGG, my ASIC chip on my cpu wasn’t seated tightly. I hate messing with it but that was what it ended up being.
