Joined the club a few days ago. A little rough but plays beautifully. Already loving it.

Finally finished going through my game. The new ramps and new plastics make this game look so nice!

Looks awesome!! You’re inspiring me to want to do the same.

Does anyone have have any playfield pics with non standard rubber kits?

I need to order some Titan Rubbers for another resto I’m finishing off and thought I’d grab a rubber kit for my WCS while I’m at it. I’m particularly interested in coloured rubbers.

Thanks.

Quoted from Ceckitti:

Did you check the kit section on the titan site? I’m pretty sure they have a couple on there.
I just placed an order for my WC78, but they didn’t have any for that one.

There are plenty of customs kits, but none with reference pics.

Titan - Clear translucent rings, yellow posts, purple flipper rubber. Finished this week:[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]

That’s a beautiful looking WCS, must play lightning fast!!! Is that painted gold or powdercoating?

My clearcoated playfield is ready to start populating! I love how all the scoops have been repaired
Now do I spend $1300 on the CPR backglass and new ramps? Yes it’s $1300 for those 2 items here
[quoted image]

Yes, get new ramps and sell me yours Who did the clearcoat? Looks great.

Quoted from allsportdvd:

Did we discuss selling you the old ramps already? Geoff at Pinball Perfection did the clear
Think I will do the kickback too lol

Ahh very good, Geoff's a champ! Yep we spoke re ramps. Replied on AA re LEDs also.

Does anyone have a set of target decals spare at all?
Before anyone suggest Mezel Mods or Cointaker I’m not paying $40 shipping for a decal set that’ll fit in an envelope

Do Marco's sell them? Their shipping is much more reasonable now.

Quoted from kdoggity:

Forgive me for my ignorance herein - again, quite new to this. What's a diode?

It's like an electrical valve. Allows current to flow one way but not another.

#6375 3 years ago
Quoted from kdoggity:

Any chance you have a picture of what it looks like? I'm trying to trouble shoot the potential issue that Coyote identified - "It could, yes! I don't have a matrix chart for this game in front of me, so I can't check, but it's possible you have a bad diode, and it's causing switch matrix issues", but being so new to this, I'm not sure what I'm looking for.
Thanks again!

A diode looks like a small black cylinder with a silver ring on one end.

Yep, a bad diode can definitely mess with your switch matrix. To fix, you'll need to track down the faulty diode and replace it. The best way to test a diode is to remove it and test with a multimeter. 4007 diodes are usually a safe replacement on most pinballs.

Other issues like a shorted wire can cause switch matrix issues, so be sure to take a goof look around the area with the issue

Does anyone have a lead on wher I can get the metal ball guide for the mini playfield? I can't even find a part number and I've misplaced mine in the restoration I'm doing - D'oh!

How’s the resto coming along? I’ve finally brought my WCS home and contemplating pulling it apart sometime soon but it’s just too much fun to play!

Hey all, we're in lockdown here in Melbourne and my 7 year old has decided he wants to be the next Jack Danger. So we've started "streaming" pinball and today we pulled the covers off WCS94. Aimed towards a younger audience but hopefully its still worth a look to the older folk.

Please take a look, show your kids, subscribe and make my sons day.

Sure is colourful WCS. Finally had the time to strip the topside, tumble the hardware, install new ramps, plastics, Titans, Soccer Ball etc. Not long to go.
